Gated 4 Guests House Free Parking

The accommodation is in a good condition and very clean. It was easy to find everything we needed. The showers were good and the beds were comfy!

I can’t think of anything, it was exactly what we needed

- Not disability friendly as stated on description, front door not accessible for wheelchair users and no ramp. This ruined my stay as I require a wheelchair to get around. - Two bathrooms listed however these are tiny en- suites. Not suitable for disabled guests. - Whole building isn’t included in the price which is very misleading. A query at the bottom of their listing asked this which they replied as ‘ yes the whole building’. This is untrue, it is a bungalow split in two with two separate entrances. Neighbour came out to tell us this when arrived at the property and expressed he found it an odd setup. He explained both sides are number 21. - I was horrified to find out there’s a glass connecting door through to the other side of property where others were staying. You could hear everything through the wall as people are literally in the next room. My carer, son and I didn’t feel safe but had spent the entire budget on this booking and had nowhere else to go plus 3 hours from home. - No parking spaces for 2 cars as description states. There is one space each for both sides of bungalow Exceptionally tight getting through gates. - Location: Situated on a council estate which I would never have qualms about but this was an estate with windows broken, boarded up properties which was not the picture painted in the description. - Towels and bedding included. Admittedly the bed looked slept in, not sure.. see photos. - Toaster didn’t work. No tea towels but owner did drop off with clothes rack late that evening around 10pm outside property. My carer had already been to local shop and purchased tea towels and a fan by this time. Overall, hugely disappointed as the description of property is fabricated. False advertising of property and disability access - a trading business should know better especially as it is them that list their own details on this site. Booking should also check properties are correctly described. Complaint logged with Booking.com.

Everything as advertised, no complaints whatsoever and all for a very competitive price.

Parking was brilliant, the bungalow is finished to a high standard and the host was super helpful.

We needed an iron, the host resolved this quickly. No other problems.

Excellent accommodation and host. Comfy and well decorated.

The host was an angel, I did a mistake with the booking dates and she helped us to accommodate meanwhile we solved the issue. Super kind a nice host … 100% recommended.
