The beachfront location was amazing! Although the building itself was a little dated, the grounds and gardens were beautifully maintained and the unit was very nice.

After a long day traveling, it required help from other residents to get in. Finding the lockbox among the 100 or so there, getting the lockbox open, using the correct key fob to open the front door, using the correct key fob to operate the elevator, and opening the apartment all required help from the very nice people living there. Thankfully they were there or we might of needed to sleep in the car!

"30th Anniversary getaway"

Its quiet for the most part. Pretty view and we Loved having the windows opened all night the whole week. So relaxing. Condo was small, but was perfect for my husband and I. It was decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable, Plenty of kitchen items for use. There are beach chairs and other items to use as well. We had a nice time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Aloha 🤙

The first window has a tree grown up so tall you can't see the ocean. You can look down and see little bit of the beach but not the ocean. TheTree needs trimmed. But I assume its a protected tree so that is why it hasn't been trimmed? Trimmed to look like it shows in a photo on the condo info page. The other window has a good side view of the ocean though.

Right on the beach and close to PCC

It was winter and very windy on our stay so we did not get out much to enjoy the property.

In the advertisement to book, the picture showing the window above the table showed a view of ocean, Actually, there is a 20 foot bush in front of the window, not a view.

The beach is nice.

When you look under the furniture it’s dirty. Old sugar packets and dust were found. The window screens are torn and missing. Wouldn’t you think for this price this would not be the case? Also some of the apartments down the hall have serious smells coming from them.

Emplacement idéal pour les levés de soleil ainsi que pour la visite du nord de l'île.

Attention aux moustiques. Malgré des moustiquaires moyennement propres nous avons été piqué.
