LOCATION IS VERY GOOD

NO ONE HELPED US WITH OUR BAGS CONSIDERING WE WERE BOTH FEMALE TRAVELERS TRAVELING WITHA 6 YEAR OLD. THE ROOM SMELT LIKE DOG. LATER WE FOUND OUT ITS A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL COULD BE WHY IT STANK. BREAKFAST OPTIONS WERE LIMITED

Dear Management, I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. The overall hygiene standard of the hotel was very poor. After eating at the breakfast buffet, I suffered food poisoning and vomited 8 times. This was a very serious and distressing experience, especially while traveling. The restaurant clearly needs much better food hygiene and safety standards. I originally booked only 2 nights because I wanted to see how my experience would be. If I had a good experience, I fully intended to extend my stay for additional nights. Unfortunately, due to the poor hygiene, food poisoning, and unfriendly staff, I decided to stay somewhere else instead. The staff were not friendly or helpful when I raised my concerns. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and would appreciate your prompt response regarding how you intend to resolve this issue.

I recently completed a 12-night stay at the Dao Ngoc Hotel Da Nang, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the facilities to the overall comfort, everything was perfect, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible hospitality. The staff—specifically Ms. Vy, Ms. Thùy, and Mr. Lầu—went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were attentive, kind, and professional throughout my entire visit. I was especially grateful for their help during a stressful emergency when I lost my bag at a local restaurant. They didn't hesitate to step in and assist me, providing the kind of support you rarely find. It is rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their guests' well-being like they do. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Da Nang with a team that treats you like family, this is it. Pros: • Outstanding service from Ms. Vy, Ms. Thùy, and Mr. Lầu. • Extremely helpful in emergency situations. • Great location and very clean facilities. • Excellent value for money.

Venivamo da un altra esperienza di albergo in Da Nang, in cui avevamo subito un furto di una borsa firmata in camera. Eravamo un pò scettici quando abbiamo scelto questo, visto il prezzo economico. Ma siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi. Ottima posizione, camera piccola ma giusta per il prezzo, personale super disponibile, colazione ottima. Super consigliato!
