"Lovely little cottage"

Julia was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Plenty of utensils in kitchen. 15-20 minute walk into town. Plenty of pubs, restaurants etc. Ideal base for Winchester, Oxford and Newbury races.

"Home from home"

Great location for me - I was looking at properties in the area. Julia welcomed me just as I had arrived - very friendly and helpful. She checked on a number of occasions that I had everything I needed and said to contact her there was anything at all she could help with. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary kitchenware - probably the best I have seen in this regard. I was very comfortable. The bed linen and towels were of good quality and the bed very comfortable. I met Julia's husband and family members in passing - all very friendly.

"Superb"

Host was very accommodating and went out of her way to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

The low level bed made things difficult, but that was the only negative aspect of my stay.
