Really good location and good facilities. Very quiet even though it is big building and in the middle of the city. Perfect walking distance for all the attractions.

Unfortunately the pull-out part of the sofa bed had been broken by the person staying the night before. The host did notify me, and luckily the sofa was big enough for the 5th person to sleep on. We did run out of hot water. Perhaps have an sheet of instructions next to the boiler

Loved the location and size of the apartment. Excellent for the bullring shopping centre and only 20 minutes walk from the Utilita Arena. Great communication with the owners. We would definitely use this accommodation again on any further visits to Birmingham

There could be some more cutlery etc (no bread knife or washing cloths) in the kitchenette and unfortunately as the shower heads were not so clean the hot water was used up in baths for one couple leaving no hot water for the other couple. We would have rated it as excellent if the finer details where given a little more attention.

The location, you couldn't be more central. The reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The apartment was great, everything you need for an overnight stay, or a couple weeks. Easily accommodates four adults, two double bedrooms, one with ensuit bathroom, one with ensuit shower room. Amazing views across the city and out to the suburbs.

It is advertised as wheelchair accessible, which needs a bit more clarification. I am a full time wheelchair, totally unable to stand or walk. The apartment is big enough for a wheelchair. The beds are very low with no room to get a hoist under, so no good if you cannot do floor to chair transfers or need a hoist. The shower room is too small for a wheelchair and the shower has a bi-fold door, that went inwards, not accessible. The bathroom is huge with a shower over the bath. I am not sure if you would get a hoist close enough to use, but feel it was only accessible if you are able to transfer into/out of a bath yourself. The room was big enough to have been a wet room. The bedroom could be accessed through the bathroom or from the lounge area. If in a wheelchair it would only be accessible by the bathroom. I didn't sleep in that room as the bedroom with the shower room was bigger and my wheelchair fitted down one side of the bed. Birmingham is very hilly, and I mean hills like mountains, electric wheelchairs or attachments is a must

Everything, Izak was very welcoming. The place had everything you could ask for, in a perfect location too. Will be staying there again for both work and social. Had everything you needed and Izak was so quick to reply if you had any questions

One of the days that I stayed, one of the lifts up to the room floor had a horrific smell.

Very conveniently located in the centre of the city. Simple and easy instructions given to access the apartment and communication was clear and timely.
