Location Comfortable Catered for our needs View

Security on arrival - Check in could improve. Areas in the apartment would benefit from a deep clean. Window tracks, skirting boards. Difficulties with the stiffness of the bedroom door off the lounge. Wardrobes difficult to access

"Great central location, well appointed and comfortable."

Location was ideal being in the Rotunda next to the BullRing - at the heart of everything and 5 minutes walk from New Street Train Station. The apartment was on the 8th floor and was well appointed and comfortable.

Check in could be explained a little better in the instructions from Booking.com. Best thing is to phone the host before or as you arrive at the building.

Great location, apartment was very clean and well equipped and the host was very helpful and kept in touch to make sure all was ok and we were happy with our stay - would recommend and would stay again

Maybe put some coat hooks up near front door for wet coats to dry
