A wonderful host, always in touch. Full information about key availability, clean apartment, amazing view, perfect location in the heart of the city near the Bullring.

We had no warning about the availability of water. I wasn't feeling well and had a bath, half a bathtub, which used up all the water. We had to wait half an hour for the next person to wash. It's not a problem, but it would have been nice to know, as it was very late, and my son had to wait. If we wanted to cook something, there probably weren't any such dishes. It's worth knowing in case someone needs such a possibility.

Excellent location .Beautiful apartment . Easy to park.

Bed was a little too firm for me and I would have preferred a softer pillow . This did not distract t from the stay as we had a brilliant stay, just personal preference

"Great apartment in fabulous location"

My sister and I loved this apartment. Its location was excellent. Couple of minutes walk from New St station. Very easy to find and access. The male receptionists on duty during the day and evening were both so pleasant to talk to. Very spacious accommodation. We each had our own double room with en suite facilities. As previously mentioned by other people the beds are quite low. Wasn’t a problem at all for us just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. We both slept really well. The living area was very spacious and comfortable and the dining table was laid out beautifully. There is a fabulous cake shop right next door and the apartment owner has negotiated a 10% discount for his clients so we took advantage of that and enjoyed the most amazing cakes. Would definitely return if in Birmingham again.

Everything met our expectations.
