Birmingham City Centre, 2-bedroom Apartment

Great location and the apartment was setup nicely..

The front door lock was broken so we had to barricade the door at night. This should be sorted out ASAP.

Location , ease of access, fully equipped.

Nothing - but- to help future guests, maybe be more generous with towels per person and some milk to make tea on arrival without shopping.

Excellent location within secure entry building.

Only gripe was beds are bit low, quite difficult to get out of when you are on the large size.

Spacious, good views, good facilities, very handy for New Street station , clean and tidy

Skirting boards etc need dusting, couple of small fragments of glass found on carpet in bedroom of the lounge

It could have been cleaner, needs a freshen up in regards to decorating, no mirror in one of the bedrooms. Beds are ok but very low.

The location was great The beds were really comfortable Nice open space and really clean The view was great especially with the sun set

The only negative was the water in the showers were not very warm.

Clean Tidy Central

No aircon. Or at least I don’t think there was !

The apartment was right in the city centre, easy check in and out and the apartment having two bed and two bathrooms was great for two couple that were staying, would stay again.
