Not much , I will not recommend this hotel. Staff not helpful. Terrible customer service

We forgot our key in the room. It was after 10 pm and reception was closed . We were left to fend for ourselves. The velador (night keeper) was not able to help us either.

Quiet section of town.

Room was cold. The heater was a propane space heater, with no where to vent the exhaust. Very dangerous.

1. Staff was kind 2. 3 out of 4 rooms were great 3. Hotel gave us parking for 1 day after check out

1. Hotel didnt have breakefast on time so we leave it wihout having it. 2. 1 out of 4 rooms was not good, it was old, extremly small and with not good heating system as the other 3.

Lovely hotel with delightful quirky log cabin accommodation. Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel also organises tours and I would very highly recommend visiting Divisadero, ideally with Jesus as your guide.
