"Disappointed"

Hot water, comfortable beds and warm blankets.

The service. Rude word messages on the table because we didn't leave a tip. Here in Mexico you must leave tips everywhere. Incredible thar for maids we must leave a tip also. Everytime we open the hot water, a lot of dirty-brown water left through sink.
