Etwas laute Umgebung, 3. Etage ohne Lift nur enge Treppen - beides aber für uns nicht wirklich schlimm.

Comfortable bed, great shower, the room was nice and clean.

Air con didn’t work properly, the room was very hot and we couldn’t get the temperature down even though the air con was on constantly……. It didn’t get cool at all and stayed upwards of 27 C degrees . There were also bits at the bottom of the hot tub which is off putting. We were only left 3 coffee pods for 2 of us for 2 nights

The room is a good size and the kitchen facilities are very useful. The shower is very modern and powerful.

We were contacted on Whatsapp by a member of staff at the beginning of the stay, which was great and communication was clear, however, my last message wasn’t replied to and it related to the problem that I am going to mention next. The heating system for the water malfunctioned at the beginning of our stay and the water was freezing cold. We consulted the staff and we were shown how to reset the water tank ourselves, which was not an easy task. This malfunction continued to happen for approx 4 days of our 7 day stay. We had to reset the water tank 5 times or more. As mentioned above, I messaged the staff member about it again 3 days into our stay and have not received a reply since. Also, the smell of the hot tub chemicals was quite strong. We thought we would love the use of the hot tub daily, but the smell of the chemicals when using it was completely over powering. So we only used it once. Also, every time we walked into the room, the smell was so strong, until we got used to it again. There are 3 flights of narrow stairs to climb to access the room. We didn’t realise this when booking and it didn’t really bother us for daily access. It was just very troublesome carrying our luggage up and down at the beginning and the end of the stay.
