POTA Hotel & Apartment

Great location; walkable to many food stalls, restaurants, and cafes. Walking distance as well to the golden dragon bridge. For a solo traveller like me, the room was really really spacious and I was able to rest well. I like their sense of trust and kindness, they let me in eventhough I'm late, they just gave me an access. Thank youuuu

It is not an issue for me but others should note that the room I booked is located on the fourth floor with no elevator, so I can imagine other especially older people to climb the stairs.

I checked in late at this hotel and they gave me ahead the passcode for the main door and my room for me to access. The room was wide enough and had lots of cabinets. I love how it's accessible to the marts, foods, cafe, literally the perfect spot. Staffs were approachable, respectful and had pleasing personality.

Could've been perfect if there was an elevator since I was staying at maybe 5th or 6th floor and I had 2 luggages and 2 bags with me as well, checking in was a bit of like a workout lol.

Good budget room, clean room, comfort bed, wifi is ok, clean & modern toilet. No lifts (i travel light So no problem for me) Locate in city, good cafe and local food near by. I walk 2km to the airport.

Terrible upkeep. The room was dirty and we killed at least 5 spiders and 4 plaster bagworms within the first 5 mins of checking in! There were cobwebs in the corners of the floor and ceiling. The aircon also took terribly long to cool the room - we waited in our sweat for almost an hour before the room started to cool down. Floor and ceilings had holes in them and the room was very dusty in general. There is also NO LIFT in the apartment and you need to carry your heavy luggage up a narrow spiral staircase. The toilet in the first floor lobby is also filthy and ridden with drain flies— there must be HUNDREDS in there. All 4 walls and the ceiling were covered in them!! There were some on the floor and some flying around too. It was absolutely disgusting!! Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. I’m sure that i will not be back.

Lots of steps to enter room with bag. Room wasn’t cleaned once/loo roll provided for 3 nights. Couple of bugs were found in the bed. When we first checked in we weren’t sure if the bedding was cleaned because it was really creased. Shower made the rest of the bathroom very wet.

I had a great experience at POTA Apartments. The staff went above and beyond, always accommodating, friendly, and patient with foreigners, which made settling in much easier. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Whether you're staying short-term or long-term, I recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and welcoming stay!

Amazing place! I love this design, location and high quality of furniture. And there is a balcony!
