The location is good, the room is very new, big and clear. And the front door and the room door both have digital lock. They offer 2 bottles of water . The shower, the bed, the air conditioner are very good.The staff are friendly.

I must take my luggage upstairs by myself

Having read some of the negative reviews I was somewhat hesitant to choose this place. However, I'm glad I did. I actually liked the studio I stayed in, and wouldn't hesitate to rent it longtime if I needed a place to live in Danang.

The only thing that was a pain in the nether parts was climbing up the steep spiral staircase to my studio, which was on the 4th floor. Definitely not a place to stay for a person with a heart problem or with health issues.

The room was a bit tight but otherwise great

Room was very spacious with a lot of sockets everywhere. There are also a lot of closet and drawer space for storage. Bathroom was very clean.

There is no elevator, which is not a big problem, only slightly inconvenient at the beginning. However staff did offer to bring the suitcases up for us.

Very clean room and good staff people.

I wanted a small TV. The shower facility was a bit poor.
