Hostly - La Spina Suite Apartment

Very nice and cosy apartment in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful. They were very accommodating and the space was welcoming.

Location was amazing. Close to Pisa but not in the crowded era. Close to train station and supermarkt. Vert good stay for the price. The host was very helpfull!

The location of the apartment is excellent, on the Arno River and within walking distance of the Tower, train station and airport. The communication with the host was very good, being provided guidance for checking in and out process, local restaurants to try and information on how to dispose of the selective collected waste. Before accessing the location, you are provided with a link for a webpage where you have to fill in personal data like identification documents, read/sign the lease contract and pay the city tax, according to Italian law. The building where the apartment is located has an elevator for the first 3 floors and you climb a set of stairs for the 4th floor (it helped that we had only small carry-ons and backpacks). The pictures on Booking are a bit older, but they mostly reflect what the apartment offers, changes in the bathroom are notable improvements. The functioning air conditioning was vital, as we stayed during a very hot and humid end of June. We noted that the hosts took into account older reviews, as we found additional power outlets and a frying pan available. Regarding the shower size, my 1.75 m son used it comfortably. The kitchen was provided with sufficient utensils, dishes and cutlery and we used it for breakfast. The fridge is large (freezer also) and expected us with a chilled wine bottle as welcome gift from the hosts! In conclusion, my son and I spent comfortably 5 days in the apartment that hosted us in Pisa.

The washing machine is working, but does not rinse and spin well, the clothes come up dripping wet even after a secondary spin cycle. As kitchen supplies, only half of olive oil bottle was available, if you intend to cook a simple breakfast, you should buy all, including salt and pepper.

Good location, quiet, clean, with everything you need for a short stay. Very good instructions provided from the friendly host.
