The breakfast was fine, especially with the price we paid to stay here. Great coffee and very friendly servers.

​Atmosphere & Staff: We had a fantastic, warm, and welcoming stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive—they are always ready to help you instantly. The reception is open 24 hours. ​Extra Perks: A wonderful touch is the 24/7 non-stop complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies available for guests in the reception/breakfast area. You truly want for nothing here! ​The Room (Room 306): We stayed in room 306, located at the back (T-section). It was very quiet, and the highway noise that some reviews complain about is very limited especially at night. The room is not overly spacious but has everything you need. The beds were spacious and comfortable, the airconditioning worked great, and the water pressure in the roomy shower was excellent with hot water available day and night. ​Housekeeping: You can get your bedsheets changed every 3 days, and they provide fresh towels, toilet paper, toiletries, and fresh bottled water every single day, just hang the signboard on the door, make up my room. ​Breakfast: The breakfast is highly recommended! It runs until 10:30 AM, and even if you walk in at 10:00 AM, everything is still well-stocked and you can eat as much as you want. There is a great variety, thoughtfully catering to both Asian and Continental/European tastes. ​Facilities: The building is neat and there is an elevator available. The swimming pool is small, but it is very clean. There is also a dedicated smoking area outside in the back. Room has a jug, fridge, enough towels, working desk, hairdryer, umbrella and balcony with chairs. ​Value: We even extended our stay because of the super good price, which included this great breakfast. Also, we noticed that the hotel takes reviews very seriously and implements changes immediately when guests note issues.

​Cleanliness & Maintenance: While the stay was great, the cleaning could be improved in the corners and crevices. It needs a deeper clean here and there, perhaps using bleach or stronger cleaning products for the bathrooms to not let mold grow. Sometimes some old towels and bedsheets, it's clean but can be improved a bit. It's not a complaint but tips to keep this Hotel top notch.. ​TV & Internet: There is a TV with plenty of channels, but only show old programs. Upgrading to Smart TVs with Netflix capabilities would be a valuable improvement. The internet was okay and sufficient for our needs, but it wasn't always perfectly stable. ​Fitness: The small gym inside the hotel has been removed, so there is no fitness facility on-site anymore. However, this wasn't a major issue for us, as there is a good commercial gym just a 400-meter walk away.

We chose this hotel for the location close to the airport as we had a flight the next morning. In saying that it was only a short 10 minute ride back to Old Town in a BOLT. It is a budget hotel that caters for most travellers looking for a shirt term stopover. It provided an adequate breakfast which was OK, free Airport transfers, swimming pool which was great considering we only paid $30 for the night.

As it was just a 1 night stay, there was not much to complain about. The bed was quite hard/firm but we were able to sleep OK. Being a smoker you are not allowed to smoke on the balcony but you can smoke in the pool area where there are other people who may not be smokers. The other area is out the front, again as people are arriving or leaving they need to walk past smokers. Not a bad place to stay if you are looking for a cheap stay before a flight.
