"房間就能看到熊本城，頂樓的露台很舒適，房卡只能刷到自己的樓層、大廳、露台，安全性不錯！步行至商店街不用五分鐘。大廳有迎賓飲料供應至00:00。因為是新旅館整體都很新很乾淨！連住兩晚都有送新的濾掛咖啡！入住的時候還提供女性房客免費的熊本面膜。"

設備冷氣可以看到明顯的灰塵，整體維護不佳、住宿碰到飯店消防演習，我們被分配到的房間似乎曾經有電線或電器走火的情況，後來花許多時間溝通換了比較擠的房間。

Me alojé en este hotel solo una noche y la experiencia fue muy buena. Había reservado una habitación sin vistas, pero nos dieron una con vistas al castillo, lo cual fue un detalle muy bonito. La habitación era más amplia que otras en las que me he alojado en Japón, y la cama era cómoda y de buen tamaño para dos personas. Nos dejaron botellas de agua en la habitación y además tuvieron el detalle de regalarme una mascarilla facial. Todo estaba muy limpio. Destacar que la recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy simpática y hablaba inglés perfecto, lo que hizo todo aún más fácil.
