Lovely and clean, the beds were comfy, good location, close to city. Good pressure in shower.

Couldn’t find linen for pull out couch, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Not enough seats for us all to sit on, dining and relaxing. Needs more mirrors.

When we arrived the aircon was on and the house felt homey already

It was not a big issue, but it was raining in Christchurch on arrival, so a doormat inside the house would have been nice. To help us prevent not to make such a mess with unloading suitcases (in &out)
