Well appointed 2 bedroom new build on the CBD fringe of Christchurch close to the new stadium. Great travelling with kids. There was a sofa bed downstairs which we did not use and TV with Netflix. The kitchenette was well stocked with all mod cons. Car park right next to the house. Being down a driveway it was also very quiet.

Not a walkable location so you will need to drive or taxi. Presumably most people visiting Christchurch will have use of a car. The driveway is narrow and shared with other cars.
