GBGBUpon arrival we were met by a very friendly member of staff unfortunately we never got their name. We were checked in very quickly and shown to our room and given a quick run through of how the shower worked, the location of tea/coffee making facilities, etc. Before leaving us to get unpacked the staff member took a provisional dinner booking, when we arrived at the dining area we were quickly shown to our table. We were attended to by another member of staff who took our order. Given that the dining area was busy due to it being Father's Day our food arrived quite quickly. The food itself was lovely, quality ingredients presented beautifully and very tasty. Even though they were busy we didn't feel rushed by staff members. We had booked bed and breakfast for the duration of our stay and again we were very impressed by the standard of food on offer. Overall nothing seemed to be a bother to the staff. The room was well laid out with a great view towards the marina. Even though the room overlooked a main road I can't say the traffic noise was too disruptive to our stay.
The weather could have been better but that was out of the staff's control although we did get the impression that if they could have made the weather better they would have.
GBGBGBWe stayed at the Inn for hogmanay from the min we arrived the customer service we received was 10/10 we were offered a private table for dinning were the chef explained what was in offer and wow the food was outstanding it was the highlight off our stay we will deffinerly be back 😊 We celebrated the New year with staff and locals in the pub area this was also 👌 the staff turned the TV 📺 up so we could all cound down the 🔔 and we all celebrated together We booked 3 rooms at the Inn for our family and we all had a comfortable stay with lovely views over the Loch 🌊
