Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room with balcony was very spacious. The roof terrace was lovely to watch the sunset.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu centrum . W okolicy sporo fajnych miejsc gdzie można zatrzymać się na tapas, lunch czy kolację, w samym hotelu bar w którym można spędzić czas w miłej atmosferze Hotel dobrze skomunikowany, personel bardzo miły i pomocny .

We were able to secure a "family loft" room, which was so nice for our family of 4. These are very hard to come by in Mallorca! The room was small for having 2 teen kids, but also convenient and appreciated after a long day of travel. It was located outside the bustling Old Town area, but in a safe and quieter area of town. It was just around the corner from Bar Espanya which we had a terrific first tapas dinner! We met the front staff the next morning and he was so helpful and nice! Also the check in process was a breeze
