"Confort i bona atenció al centre de Palma."

L’habitació estava neta i el llit era confortable. Ens varen deixar botelles d’aigua de cortesia. El tracte de tot el personal va ser molt bo. També està molt ben situat i la zona és tranquil·la. El mateix edifici inclou un bar baix. Sense dubte, repetirem!

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Ich bin während meiner Aufenthaltsdauer (20h Abends bis 8 Uhr Morgens) keiner einzigen Person begegnet, d.h weder Gästen noch Empfang oder Personal. Das Hotel verfügt nur 9-17h über einen Empfang. Der Eingang in der übrigen Zeit besteht aus einem Korridor, d.h. keinerlei zusätzliche Flächen oder Angebote. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt sehr unpersönlich und im Verhältnis zu teuer.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet, aber sinnvoll und vor allen Dingen sauber.
