Stairs at door a bit of a trip hazard

Clean, spacious, and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped. Excellent location.

The host doesn’t provide on-site parking, but they did let us know that free street parking is available about a 5-minute walk away, which was manageable—though carrying luggage that distance was a bit inconvenient. One of the bedrooms faces a pedestrian path (privacy isn’t an issue as there are blinds), but we could hear people talking outside.

The location was good. Close to city walls and places of interest. The place is quite spacious with a TV and dining room in the basement. The kitchen is well equipped

Free Parking is about 250m away. Luckily found a spot to park. It might get full and if that happens, you'll need to pay for parking if you're driving.

Clean modern and close to the city centre an ideal place to stay for a short break in York.

Great location, walking distance to everywhere and lovely decor, all very modern and had everything we needed.

Was a bit nervous of the stairs if one of the kids woke in the night.
