A gate leading down to basement where the livingroom was located.

Easy to find and enter. Beautifully decorated and many small touches which just made our stay great. Kitchen well kitted out, over all clean and just a great home for the weekend ended with watching the TV after some great meals and sore legs from all the walking. Just 15 mins to walk into centre of the city so perfectly suited to a short stay x

Wouldn't like to be going up and down the stairs after a few drinks 😄

Beautiful apartment in a great location with everything we needed and more for a short stay while in York for a family wedding.

I’d suggest removing the “with parking” from the description. Wasn’t a problem for us as street parking was near enough.

The position close the city. The decor and comfort of the lounge. Very good kitchen with all essentials.

Lot of road noise in bedroom facing the main road. Two of our party had difficulty getting in and out the bath to take a shower. The bathroom could be improved by having a walk-in shower for the less mobile.

The apartment was a short walk to all the local attractions, train station and even had a local super market on the next street. The rooms were really modern, you can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design. I felt extremely safe as it had a locked door before entering the yard and the main door. The living area has a large comfortable sofa and TV to relax of an evening, as well as board games to keep entertained. The bathroom was nice with a powerful shower, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Both bedrooms had good hair dryers too. The kitchen has all you would need for cooking meals. I would highly recommend staying here, I will book again when I next visit York.

If I was visiting with younger children I would be a little apprehensive of the stairs as these are metal with wooden planks. Although, the design fits the decor and they look very stylish.

Absolutely Nothing

The apartment is decorated beautifully and was big enough for the 4 of us. Bed was comfy! We had everything we needed. It is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of York. There wasnt any free car parking on the street but the recommended car park was a 2 minute walk. Lovely bottle of wine and snacks on arrival and plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Great value for money for York! Beautiful place and would definitely stay again.

The noise from the apartment above was a bit much, lots of banging. The stairs down to the living room could be a bit dangerous if not careful. The apartment was so warm, especially at night, which could work for some people but could have done with a fan.
