Loose Toilet seat was not good, cold water in the WC and shower..

No hot water, only luke warm water

Great location with nearby access to public transport links and onsite parking too, making it ideal for business or leisure stays. Bright, clean rooms with immaculate carpet & white linen is a brave choice. Although I didn't make full use of the ensuite shower facilities and kitchenette, it was nice to have the choice. However, when given the option to try a family members new spa bath - I couldn't resist & luckily they live just up the road from this establishment, so no doubt I will be staying here again in the future... The keyless entry system meant there were no formal check-in/out procedures, which is much more convenient than waiting around for agents &/or making endless phone calls.

My only concern is the breakdown of communication... I came back to change shoes and drop off some shopping - luckily I did, because my room was due to be cleaned, which struck me as rather odd as I was still staying another night. The guy thought I had late checkout and phoned someone else to check if I was actually staying another night. Thankfully, this only took a few mins to resolve! The digital welcome pack could do with an update as some of the info, eg. WIFI network name has since changed.

The property was excellent! Well kitted out with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. I will definitely be using this host again.

Great facility for a simple overnight stay. Spacious ground floor room, with everything I need for crash space after a night out. Simple as that!

Host expected crockery to be washed up, but no washing up kit provided. The room was too warm. Other than that, all fine, no other comments.
