"Terrible"

Room:8 •No TV •The shower had 2 issues hot for 5 mins then freezing and no pressure •No heating Room: 10 •There was a constant smell from the sink ie the drainage system •Heating was on and off only worked properly on Thursday night •The shower had no pressure and went cold after 5 mins

Very clean, extremely convenient for the event I was attending, good transport links and a pleasant, comfortable room. I got a bit confused with the door codes but the staff were very helpful.

Room was cold and dirty

Shower had black water coming out the waste pipe and when I raised this was not shown any customer service just offered a 15% stay on next trip DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATUON SPEND MORE FOR QUALITY
