The houses are beautiful. Lots of activities and a great way to spend time with family

We were double booked. We had to drive around for over an hour back and forth from the reception to the house they double booked us for. When they finally got us an alternative house, it was a house for 8 people whereas we had booked for 10 so we ended up having to sleep on the couch (not a sleeper). The house also looked as though it was for storage purposes as there was laundry in the washing machine, food left in the fridge and cushions stacked on the side of the wall in the living room - just to name a few. Housekeeping woke us up in the morning, way before check out time.

House is spacious and clean

Not my first time at Zebula but this time around had a terrible experience, pool was filthy and moldy,reported and the guy attended to clean but it was an impossible task, there is no wifi, Dstv did not work all weekend. Even though I checked in online as per their email I had to redo the whole process at reception. Did not receive a pin code to access the property was lucky to have booked for golf so was able to enter. Have still not received deposit back and this is day 8 post check out.The house we stayed in does not appear in any of the pictures where I booked. My daughter had a terrible weekend with no TV.

water pressure of the showers & WiFi was working

the house was dirty, the mattress protectors had blood stains, the chairs outside were dirty, the stove was dirty, dishes were not clean,. the house is old with old appliances that doesn’t work properly

Nothing

We were sent to a house we did not book. We were sent to x3 houses, the first obviously being what we did not book for where you have to go outside to get to the kitchen, the second was infested with cockroaches and dust which made my sinuses painful and my sister got ill and needed to be put on oxygen, the third we were given a key only to go there and find it occupied by a group of men. we only got to checkin at 1:30 am only to be moved to the final house on Saturday at 12pm. so essentially we paid for two nights and only got one night. The final house was ok
