"Family weekend getaway turned into a stressful nightmare."

Do not eft money for the breakage deposit. They take forever to refund. Pay cash at the premises and get your money back when you check out. This was our absolute worst holiday trip ever.

When we got to the house, there was a horrible smell of something that was being cooked, the maid was sitting on the couch watching TV and was surprised to see us, she said 'I was not expecting you.' Loadshedding ended, and the maid could not switch over from generator to electricity. She then said she's going to her boyfriend and didn't come back. We had to drive to reception, which is a long drive, for them to call her on her mobile. The house was filthy. Cockraches everywhere, dead and alive in the cabinets in the bread tin on the floors and window sills. Dead flies and insects on window sills. Some shelves in the kitchen cabinets the wood was moldy and rotten. The linen was old and stained, and the towels were very old and not suitable to use. Beds in the loft were super dusty, and the loft is hot, fans could not be switched on due to them not being cleaned and with dust. Guys had a terrible and uncomfortable sleep on the couches. It took a lot of calls and trips to reception to get them to change our house on the second night. They only agreed late, and we had a lot of things to pack up. What should have been a relaxing family weekend turned out to be stressful, uncomfortable, and a terrible nightmare. We booked two homes, and this was not our first time at Zebula. We will definitely not be booking at Zebula again. We were there on the weekend of the 25th of August , and it is now 28th September, and they have not refunded my breakage deposit.

I loved their food and the restaurant 😋 😍...love the service received from the staff...loved the king size beds provided..loved the spacious place we received...love the scenery as well as the game drive ..

The house we were given needs a little revamping on the floor.
