the house was perfect and we enjoyed every moment in Zebula. Restaurant, spa, quad ride were amazing.

we booked in march a horse ride and it has been cancelled but we did not receive any notification and had to prove our booking the D day to obtain a refund.

"Property is dated and expensive"

We enjoyed the bush feel and that the unit was very clean and neat. The pool and entertainment area is excellent. The cleaning stuff was very friendly and accommodating.

The house is dated and the fixtures, fittings and furniture are worse for wear. The unit has a pool table, but only one stick that was non functional. The property we stayed at has a generator for load shedding but the owner charges R500 an hour for usage. This was only shared with us on the Saturday after we checked in . Luckily we did not have any load shedding on the Saturday and Sunday. Zebula reception stuff are not friendly and welcoming. Cost of activities are very high. This will be my last stay at the Estate.

Rented a lodge last minute but unfortunately the house had not been cleaned, the place was a mess from the previous occupants. The front end staff were very helpful but limited in what they could do as it was New Year’s Day, we ended up needing to move twice in our 2 night stay. We were offered an average breakfast for the inconvenience but not suffice for spending half our time moving. Disappointed.

In its past days this property would have been great but the up-keep of the property is not good

The generator did not work so no electricity during loadshedding The main bedrooms airconditioner dis not work. The ceiling fan made such a noise it could not be used The rubbish of previous tenants was still at the premises and magots were already everywhere. Because of the rubbish mosquitos were breeding and there were many which made the evenings unbearable For the amount of money paid I expected a top vlass property but it was not
