I like that they have continental breakfast

There was a cockroach in my room the day that I was checking out. I stayed there for more than a week and the whole time I was there the hot tub and pool were closed One day they opened it the pool and hot tub for short period of time about 8:00 in the evening I put my bathing suit on Walk down to the pool area to go in the hot tub and it was closed already that was within one week they had it open for a few hours and then by the time I wanted to go in there it was shut down One of the men that runs the front counter is very standoffish very rude tried to rip me off instead of charging my card $122.66 He tried to run it for $145 and some odd cents and some change He tried to run my card for more than it was supposed to be so my card declined. The cleaning lady and the front desk wouldn't give me a roll of toilet paper and gave me a hard time and finally gave me a roll of toilet paper after going back and forth several times just to get a roll of toilet paper. I'm actually completely dissatisfied with the way I was treated there some of the staff was very kind but the people who are the owners were absolutely awful.

They could have mentioned a pet fee while purchasing.

The pool room was cold and no lighting was in the pool room. Also the toilet clogged after one use of the toilet in my room.

The bug I found in my room and the fact that the WiFi wouldn’t work at all
