Breakfast was okay! The hotel was clean.

The pool was down for maintenance our entire stay and this is the only reason I booked with four children! The staff were unfriendly and there was a lot of random people always sitting in the lobby.

I liked the waffle and muffin at breakfast. I liked that it was close to the hockey arena.

The WiFi didn’t work. The pool and hot tub were closed. It stunk like pot in the hotel.

Comfort, safety

Walking through the hall to get your room there were several people with their doors propped open smoking in the facility, the room had nats in it and dusty, stuff on the wall in the bathroom, and the location was extremely questionable and literally made us leave.

Easy on and off the highway. Friendly and helpful associates.

The room was clean, but the bathroom could use some attention. Both the sink and tub fixtures had leaks. Additionally, the room would benefit from a second comfortable chair, a clock, a coffee pot, improved lighting, and a channel guide for the TV, as well as information on local restaurants.

The breakfast area was clean and they had waffles.

The breakfast options were so minimal. There was no fruit or meat available and the pool area was nasty, including the water not being clean. The outside area was extremely packed and unfinished pavement flattened one of my tires. The rooms were supposed to have sleepers and they did not. I asked for my bathroom to be cleaned and to switch and we were not accommodated. I was forced to clean the areas I was not satisfied with because housekeeping never came. The staff was nice but the facility and outside were not what I expected. Bad area not mentioned

overall clean was fine, the downsides were musty odor I think related to age of building and not age of furnishings or carpet. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy when walking the dog, lot of broken glass and closed commercial buildings. We were there to visit Hoffmaster State Park so spent very little time in the room which worked very well for us. The limits that concerned us seem out of control of ownership.

COCKROACHES in the room! Power went out! TV didn't work! Pool and gym wasn't open and wasn't disclosed online! The handle on the door to my room was very loose, the door looked rotted out. The entire place reeks of mildew! Absolutely the WORST place I've ever booked a room! My kids and I left about an hour after we got there and they told us I couldn't get a refund. We had to shake out everything in our bags before we got in the car because of the COCKROACHES! I was able to get a picture of one that was crawling next to our pizza box on the bedside table!!! When I adressed ALL of these issues with the guy at the counter, he literally just shrugged his shoulders and told me I wouldn't receive a refund! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!!! 😡😠😡
