Great value and huge, comfy bed.

Although the key parts were clean (bed, bathroom), the room had a layer of dust in places and could do with a deep clean.

Big comfy bed, free parking and wifi... Rob was very helpful and friendly... 5 min walk into town to get breakfast etc...

Bit loud on a Saturday evening as loud group in the restaurant below till late... wasn't the hosts fault but was late when the group left to be able to get some sleep...

On arrival rob was very welcoming and informative, which was good. Showed us to our room just above the restaurant which he also owns and we had a lovely meal at night. Facilities were very good with use of the shared kitchen and lounge access to the microwave, fridge,cooker and kettle was in.there not in your room.

At the time of visiting we could only get catch up on the television which was a bit annoying but not to much of a problem. To be fair to rob he did tell us about this and apologised for the inconvenience.

Spacious ,nice and clean. Fab value for money.
