"Good location, comfortable stay."

Unusual layout, up a flight of outside stairs, with a terrace that would be great in good weather, a separate kitchen & lounge area. Very clean. Bed very comfortable (& I'm a bad-backer, so not easily pleased). Private parking. Location great both for the town itself & nearby facilities, 5 mins drive to Clumber Park, with Sherwood Forest also nearby. It's above a restaurant but was surprisingly quiet in the room. Interesting, quaint building & excellent value for money.

Shower wasn't brilliant, barely made it to luke-warm.

"Fantastic stay, will stay again, close to town centre, restaurant downstairs cracking food!"

Fantastic stay, close to the city centre. Host was really welcoming and the restaurant downstairs was really tasty.

It took a while for the hot water to come on in the shower, however the owner let us know so just ran it for 5 mins before getting in.
