Record Hotel - Complimentary Afternoon Tea

The breakfast was excellent.

Difficulty conversing with staff members on arrival. (Only two beers in the fridge. My request for more couldn't be met).

Property was nice and modern and a good location.

• Limited options for breakfast (if any) if you’re not wanting a Vietnamese style breakfast (ie. steam veges, pho etc). • aircon is permanently programmed to 22 degrees (which is too hot when it is very hot outside). Also when you leave the room aircon turns off meaning if you’re coming from outside on a hot day, you’re returning to a room hotter than outside. Not great. • no laundry service option - a little annoying for travellers.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional except may be quality of breakfast- no variety at all ,not much of fruits,especially for vegetarians. Location,size of room,smart TV,views from the room - everything was very good.Overall very good value for money.

The staff are so amazing, friendly and really thoughtful. Duyen and Minh we're the ones who attended to us. Duyen was super accomodating since day 1 and we felt very welcomed specially as she speaks English. Will definitely come back again. Perfect staycation in Da nang.

Clean and good facilities such as hot water shower readily available Location is great Air conditioning was superb 👍🏻
