Nice room with a kitchenette overlooking the Da Nang bridge.

1. The cleaning of the rooms are made in the middle of the afternoon - no rest possible in the heat. 2. Three of them cleaned the room for 5 minutes. They didn’t clean the floor since our feet were black. They simply sweep up, empty the garbage cans, change the towels. Also, the staff don't speak English very well, so communication is difficult. 3. As for the location: it is not totally in the center, so you have to order a grab every time.

Very knowledgeable staff. Everyone from the reception to housekeeping to the breakfast ladies were very nice. The japanese toilet was the greatest invention ever!!!
