All the staff were wonderful, friendly and obliging. Lea in the rooftop pool reaturant area was fantastic. I really enjoyed chatting with her. So lovely and friendly. The room was a great price too.

For the first 2 nights we booked the Superior Double Room with Balcony and City View and got a room on the 11th floor out of 12 floors! This room was perfect - it felt so luxurious especially considering the price! The view was amazing and it was clean and comfy. Staff were also really sweet!

The third night, our sleeper-bus was cancelled due to bad weather so we booked a slightly cheaper room without a view (6th floor). This room was still nice, but was mildly damp/musty. If you can, I would 100% recommend spending a few dollars more to book the nicer room. The location was fine, but not amazing if you want to walk everywhere - Grabs are so cheap so it’s not really a concern!

Zimmer u. Ausblick.

Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum (Mann) war nervend und inkompetent. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren super.

Das Hotel , es ist sauber und mit einigem guten Extras ausgestattet...... vorallem die beste Klimaanlage die ich je erlebte !

Mit dem Frühstück könnten Sie sich mehr Mühe geben, man muss viel Zeit mitbringen
