Record Hotel - Complimentary Afternoon Tea

Close to the city and other attractions. Value for money. Better views of the city. Staff were polite and courteous. Laundry facility for a fee was available and used it.

Great city views ruined by dirty glasses. Restaurant or rather a small cafe like a shop at the roof top was basic. Floor was dirty and walking barefoot was tricky within the room. But the staff cleaned it the following day when I mentioned it and sandals were provided.

the room rates are very friendly and perfect for groups. we appreciated the balconies and the view they afforded. the bellhop is a very cheerful and helpful fellow, lending warmth and cheer to the general vibe of the place. he would actually be an asset at the reception desk.

the shower could do with an enclosure of sorts to keep the floor dry. the breakfast, altho generous, needs a bit of improvement to actually feel like breakfast rather than lunch. the reception staff also need to be a bit more friendly and somehow polish their communication skills and command of english.

Beautiful view of all the Da Nang bridges including the dragon bridge. The top floor is excellent.

Good view

JP style bedrooms, quite comfy and tactical. good location, easy access to almost everywhere. nice roomview over the river, higher floor better view. good, comfy parking lots right in front. No extra parking fee.

bad smell/odor from inside bathroom, perhaps coming from the sink and/or the floor drain.

nice bed, good sheets. decent view of dragon bridge. fancy toilet.

breakfast was poor on both quality and choice. long way from main tourist centres. not hotel's fault but pretty much everything local was shut due to luna new year. this exaggerated the lack of facilities at the hotel.

Spacious room. The location is quite convenient. There are plenty of eating places around.

The house keeping is not very organised. They don't always clean the room thoroughly.
