Great staff - very friendly and happy to help everytime. Buggy service. Pool set up inside the villa was excellent. Kids club was awesome.

Loud late night house music 2 out of 3 nights was hard for us as a family.

Food

We had a wonderful stay at K Club and truly enjoyed our experience overall. Our villa was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay — they genuinely made us feel valued as guests. The cleanliness was generally very good as well. The restaurant was also excellent, and the tours arranged by the hotel were fantastic. We especially appreciated the incredible hospitality; they even helped print our daughter’s homework, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The views, atmosphere, and the overall approach of the team made our stay very special, and we would definitely love to come back again.

There are only a few small areas that could be improved. The towels could be upgraded or renewed for a more premium feel. When we first entered the room, there were a few cigarette butts left in the garden area, although aside from that, the cleanliness was very good overall. Also, as hotel guests, it was sometimes a bit frustrating that outside visitors seemed to receive priority for restaurant reservations, making it harder for us to book as staying guests. Regarding the spa, the main pool area was under renovation during our stay, so treatments were being done in smaller indoor rooms. Because of this, the spa experience was somewhat limited at the moment, but we believe it will be much better once the renovation is completed. Overall, despite these small points, we had a truly lovely experience and would happily return.
