We stayed in the jungle view infinity pool lodge and it was a spectacular view. Upon arrival the villa was clean, well presented and lots of welcome flowers, incense and such. We were sure to make use of the spa as well as the pool, both were clean and maintained. As soon as we pulled into the K club initially we know we were going to have a good time, the service from the staff was above and beyond to say the least. Ari was our first butler, who took us for a tour in the buggy of the resort and personally made us our welcome drinks ( which was both unexpected and delicious) - thank you Ari! We had breakfast at the in-house restaurant the next day which featured not only a delicious breakfast but more stunning views and fantastic service from the staff. Later in the night we decided to have dinner at the restaurant as well and wow! The food was incredible, will happily say the best steak i’ve ever had anywhere, and the tastiest pork ribs to date. The manager at the restaurant went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our food and experience. On friday we attended the in house early morning yoga, another perk which yet again had amazing views and great service from the instructor. On our last night we had you guessed it another meal at the restaurant, except this time there was a surprise ribbon dancing show ! An extremely memorable night with another great steak. The reception staff (Merry, Ayu & Bayu) went out of there way to show us exceptional service and a true feeling of what staying at a five star resort is really all about. Not sure if it was a coincidence or fate but every time we needed to get somewhere Yudi was there in a buggy to answer our call, much better than walking the steep driveways you naturally get in the jungle. Overall I would say that although the villa was awesome and the restaurant was fantastic, the staff take the whole experience to another level and I can confidently say you will see me again K Club. The rope net needs to be a touch tighter as when we tried to sit on it we were pretty much just sitting on the ground.

The kindness of the staff was amazing. Villas, massage, restaurant were all perfect.
