Overall good and friendly staff too. Very nice view! Will book again if I come to Penang for next time

Very spacious with three bedrooms and a queen sized bed in each. The hall was also spacious.

No water dispenser. No good place to hang clothes - the only space is where the exhaust and aircon compressors are.

5 star! Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean.

The owner of the property's attitude is not reciprocating, meaning the owner make every step request to ensure that they get paid, on time departure, do exactly what is asked. In return, the property does not have curtain showers, neither was there any bath mats at the showers. We could not find a knife when it is a fully furnished apartment with kitchen, Jenny's replied was ' the last tenant did not make a complaint'. What has the last tenant got to do with a 'fully furnished apartment'. The owner expects us to fully comply with her requests, but she would not even drop in to provide a knife???
