1. We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated, and homely house. 2. The house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in the pictures. 3. I would say the price was reasonable. 4. The bathroom was big and all equipped with a heater. 5. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning. 6. The living room was big enough for all 10 of us. 7. There was a big balcony and the view was beautiful. 8. The views from the rooms are also so beautiful. 9. From the kitchen you can see the Komtar. 10. It was 5 to 10 minutes to drive to town. 11. Highly recommended!

1. The worst part is the parking. 2. For an 8-person stay, there is only 1 parking space available. 3. We try to request parking but they tell us there is no availability. 4. Check with the security guard; he stated that parking costs RM30 per night, but that it is only available after 5.00 p.m.  5. The internet was not working, it connected without an internet connection. 6. There is no door to the master bathroom, so we must use the cabinet door, which does not have a lock.
