They should put a gallon of drinking water and, at least, one roll of toilets paper for arrival.

"Wasting the money"

Nothing

We couldn’t use shower, hot water, toilet and hair dryer, so it didn’t make sense as an accommodation. They fixed it a few days later, but we couldn’t use the shower again.

I BEG YOU PLEASE DO NOT VISIT CEBU CITY! I HAVE BEEN TO 34 COUNTRIES! ITS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST CITIES! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
