Communication before and information on site was good. Toiletries, tea, coffee etc was provided. There were plenty of towels and blanets. Along with games and the living area was comfortable

Lack of cutlery (only 3 forks one of which broke when my daughter put it in her food. Beds in twin room were not comfortable, would really benefit from new mattresses.

Location was excellent, we were visiting Alton Towers which was only a 40 min drive away. Nice little park nearby for the youngest. Short drive to town for restaurants and takeaways. Very clean and ideal for a family get away.
