Property is lovely, more like your own house than a flat. Very cosy feel, plenty of room and everything you need for your stay.

The cleanliness was absolutely appalling, I wouldn't say we are too fussy when staying away but this has to be by far the worse cleanliness we have ever come across. We had to clean alot of things before using (shower, kitchen, placemats, hoovered floors etc) if we didn't have 2 young children and had arrived earlier we probably wouldn't of stayed. Fortunately bedding and towels seemed clean.

It was a lovely property but in desperate need of a deep clean everywhere !!!! No sheet on the bed my son slept in !!!! But other than this not bad

It needed a big deep clean, scum in corners of shower and just generally a lot of areas needing to be cleaned that hadn’t for what looked like a long time tbh.

"Perfect home to stay"

We felt like our own home, we stayed there to go to Alton Towers. We had nice rest after whole day of walking. We had everything we need, thanks for lovely stay.

We were in Stafford for a conference and this was very close to the centre. It was clean. All amenities were there. We loved the stay. It had everything we needed.
