The fridge and cooker.
The bedsheets and duvet were extremely dirty, and there was no WiFi in the room. I messaged the management several times about these issues. She said a cleaner would be sent to clean the room, but during our entire seven-day stay, no cleaner ever came. As a result, we had to buy new bedsheets ourselves just to be able to sleep comfortably

La atención me estuvieron con una niña de 2 años en la calle me dijieron que iban a venir a las 12 de la mañana y no aparecieron no cojia teléfonos una vergüenza me decían a las 15:00 me contestaron a las 17:00 qué venía en camino y el chico que venía en camino qué ya venía y no aparecía nadien tube que buscarme otra cosa y todo el día votada con la niña y el frío a 2 grados en la calle por fuera de un portón vecinas de allí me dijieron que es una estafa estafa a familias de que viene y no aparecen y las hacen esperar horas y horas.
