ILFirst of all, the staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, pleasant, smiling, and friendly. I especially want to mention Ishara and the Residents Manager, who were extremely helpful.
Because the hotel is located in the heart of the action, there is music noise from the nearby bars and restaurants until late at night

RUElla Breeze is a wonderful hotel which I highly recommend. Rooms and service are great. It’s very comfortable and clean there. We also got breakfasts there during our stay - everything was fine. I want to thank manager Ajey who assisted us with helpful information about surroundings and helped us to organise transfer to Unawatuna even cheaper than they ask in the nearby taxi kiosks. Since it was close to the main road it was noisy, way in to the night. Vibrant night life is fantastic but for a person who is looking in to relax and snukking to his bed might find this noise is not so welcoming
