Hotel O Delhi, Near Metro Station Karol Bagh

the hotel was horibble. the rooms were smelly, the bedsheets were dirty as well as the washroom. its an old building dark building. Pictures on booking.com are fake so please do not trust the photos.

There was no room available against confirmed booking. So I didnt sleep there.

Rooms are clean and Good location it is actually nearby Karol Bagh metro station just 400 meters only exactly. It placed in very very good location. Staffs are sooo good to deal with clients gently. Alternate arrangements also very nice . Owner and staffs are very very descent and very very helpful .

Very good hotel. Nothing better for this price in India. Clean, windows in the room, hot shower, very comfortable bed, helpfull staff. You get tasty breakfast in the morning. Most important thing, the hotel is very quiet, so you can rest from crazy Delhi.

The junior staff was good and helpful.

The manager was pathetic and didn't know how to talk with the guests. The manager , I guess his name was Arun and was on night shift,was mannerless. No telephone in the room just the wire. Dirty bathroom. No towels, no gyeser and the bedsheets were dirty. Asked the manager to clean and arrange the room twice but was never done.

Hotel o delhi staff is professional and understand the need of customer. Really recommends other to stay in hotel with no worries. Like it

The rooms are cozy, with comfortable beds that make for a restful night. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.
