Hotel O Delhi, Near Metro Station Karol Bagh

Staff was ok

My overall experience with this has been positive. Good Option to stay in Karol bagh, New Delhi.

Great location and Manish and the staff were very nice. The food was quick and very nice when we ordered in the hotel

The hot water did not work all the time

The size of the room was good and the bathroom was clean.

The rooms were poorly maintained. The wifi coverage was extremely poor. Inside the room, wifi was hardly available. The ac was working but was a very old broken ac, which makes a lot of noise. Overall, I would say it's a decent hotel.

The food was good and staff was courteous

The room was horrible, it reeked and was nothing like the photos The bedding was smelly and washrooms were horribly dirty and filthy There were no facilities per say and it was overpriced. it was more like a dingy motel
