Birch Court - Harakeke

This is a very comfortable little home. The hosts were awesome and very helpful, the location was convenient, and we had a wonderful time. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to a coffee shop and small grocery store.

Great unit felt more like a house. Almost new kitchen - so much better than a motel. Vehicle access a bit squeezy, but otherwise very happy

Quiet clean little hide away.

The location, easy to find and access instructions very clear. We could park outside the front of the property and it was all on the flat, a bonus for cases etc.The unit had everything you could need, including kitchen equipment, laundry and drying area/airer, two sofas, TV, wifi, clean quality bed linen, and plenty of storage. The hosts accommodated a late change to our travel plans and greeted us upon arrival. The gardens were nicely kept and the area is quiet.

Nothing really and would only recommend providing a couple of outside chairs so guests can enjoy the garden on a nice evening.

I was pleasantly supprized with this little gem. Very clean and tidy unit, friendly hosts and very comfotable beds in a nice quite location.

There was nothing not to like.

This is by far the best place I have stayed in Whanganui. The unit is immaculate, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The grounds are also lovely, quiet and serene. To top it off you also have the nicest hosts you could hope for. Murray and Steph are friendly, respectful and kind. I strongly suggest that if Harakeke is available you book it immediately and don't risk letting this gem get away.

There was no bedside table nor light in one of the bedrooms, we improvised with ´steps’ from kitchen ;-)

Beautiful location and has all that you need. From parking, kitchen, TV and bonus a washing machine!
