Location was fantastic

The hosts were super friendly & the flat was very tidy, clean & well equipped. Location was perfect for my event.

Spacious, full size kitchen. No road noise., clean and comfortable.

Neighbour in next unit, a permanent resident. . We were warned he was hard of hearing and liked his racing. Friday we turned on TV to drown out the races on his TV But on Saturday when he had windows and doors open the noise was so loud we could hear every word of the race call. We had to leave the unit it was so intrusive, and giving me a headache. But at night there was no noise. Needs to use headphones, or keep windows and door closed when there are guests next door.

Felt safe & secure. Nice quiet location & beds really comfy.

An excellent place to stay. We were on a road-trip around New Zealand and stayed at more than 20 properties, Birch Court was joint 1st place: Friendly, helpful, communicative host. Extremely clean, +shoe rack, +luggage racks, +washable sofa covers. Quiet area. Comfy beds. Warm rooms. Very well maintained, e.g. paintwork immaculate. Well equipped. Good cooking facilities. Off-street, covered, parking. Secluded outdoors rotary clothes-line for drying clothes. The hosts, Steph and Murray, freshly baked us cheese scones, which were delicious.

We should have stayed longer.

The location was very good for my workers as the job was not far away for them. It was easy to find.
