None… is a tortured staying there
I booked a 3 rooms and 3 toilets apartment. But their gave us a 2rooms and 2 toilets apartments. When I complained through booking.com , UHA just told me take it or returned it at the time 11:50pm. Their expected me move out and find another room at that hours “f” booking.com just replied me will let me know after 24 hours and that’s all. And nothing happened. What’s a disaster for my year end holiday for me and my family. We forced to book Another rooms for just another 2 persons with very expensive rate. Because is Christmas Eve.

No breakfast. It was self catering
One of the washroom was constantly emanating a bad odor. Had to keep doors shut. Two wall pugs were not working so that microwave could not be used. Informed on day 1 but not attendee to. Water filter not cleaned for a while, greenish algae was there, did not use it.

Aircon works good, near legoland.
the property did not bother to reply to my enquiries during my stay. they simply said they over look on my message. the mattress and duvet were dirty before we came in but they told us almost ending towards our stay that they can’t change, changing will be $100 for something that we didn’t do. it was already dirty before we came in. under the couch was dirty as well with food and all.

The house so nice n cosy...the facility also good... Checkin n checkout process also easy.. no need to wait staff for collect key... Its self checkin n checkout... Easyyyy ... I 3 times checkin this property... But different house... I love the environment here...
This time i get unit with low pressure water... Maybe this unit most the higher that why la... The bed also not very comfortable... But okey lah if u stay no longer... N i hope owner can install fan at living area because when it sunny day .. the house very hot n uncomfortable...
